Saturdays in February 2024 will be Chair Yoga with Laura Misita.
Want to exercise without hurting yourself? Join us Saturday mornings for gentle exercise. No getting up and down from the floor; no pushing yourself too far. These exercises can be done from a chair if you wish. Every week we'll offer one of the following:
- Laura Misita or Kim Setla will lead the group in "off-the-floor" yoga, always standing or seated in a chair.
- Ann Pia or Kay will lead the group in Tai Chi Chi'h, a gentle series of exercises that improve your breathing, balance, and strength
- If no teacher is available, we will show a video of either Yoga or Tai Chi that has been approved by our volunteer instructors.
