Books for Breakfast meets on the 3rd Tuesday every month at 9:30 am.

We are currently meeting by both Zoom and In Person. Please indicate which way you plan to attend!

Our August book is The Magnificent Lives of Marjorie Post by Allison Pataki.

Marjorie Merriweather Post, heir to the C.W. Post cereal company's fortune, had an insatiable drive to live and love, and to give more than she got. From crawling through Moscow warehouses to rescue the Tsar’s treasures to outrunning the Nazis in London, from serving the homeless of the Great Depression to entertaining Roosevelts, Kennedys, and Hollywood’s biggest stars, Marjorie Merriweather Post lived an epic life few could imagine.

For people who attend the group regularly, a hold will be placed for you each month in time for the next month's book to arrive by our meeting date. If you are not a regular attender, please place a hold yourself or contact the library to place the hold for you.
