Want to exercise without hurting yourself?  Join us Saturday mornings for gentle exercise. No getting up and down from the floor; no pushing yourself too far. These exercises can be done from a chair if you wish.

Join us for a life saving event! The American Red Cross will be set up in our Community Room ready for your donation. 

The New York State of Health and the Salvation Army have teamed up to provide one-on-one help to sign up for low cost health insurance.
