Doug Rougeux will be back for another New Year's Eve Bubble Celebration this year! Doug will have two bubble shows at 2:30 PM and 4 PM. His friends will also be here this year to teach workshops on making square bubbles, be in a bubble photo opp, dance show, the biggest bubble of the year, and more!
