Every Saturday morning we offer gentle exercise, either Tai Chi Chih - which is a series of slow, gentle movements - or off-the-floor yoga - you can do it in a chair or simply standing, but you never have to climb down to the floor and back up again.
December Saturdays will be Tai Chi Chi'h led by Kay D. or Kim S.
Some weeks are Tai Chih, other weeks are Yoga. Please check the Library Events Calendar to see which one is on which Saturdays.
