Week Calendar

Story time with Mr. KC! Children ages 2 to 5 can come in and listen to a story and play. Every week will be a new story with a new theme. 

We will read a story, then do a related sensory activity that will allow us to explore the world with our senses (for ages 5 and under) and we will discuss the science of the activity (for 5 to 12)!.

Got questions about your laptop, tablet or phone?  Need clarification about the web, or Artificial Intelligence?

For two days a month, spend the day at the library sewing and knitting with others! Anyone who likes to sew or knit is welcome to bring their supplies, projects and sewing machine to the Community Room to compare notes.

Want to exercise without hurting yourself?  Join us Saturday mornings for gentle exercise. No getting up and down from the floor; no pushing yourself too far. These exercises can be done from a chair if you wish.

Drop in anytime during a designated painting session as listed on the calendar to create your mini masterpiece on a 4 x 4 inch Canvas. All supplies will be provided, you may also bring in your own supplies if you prefer. 

After our Read and Play story time, we will have messy art time, meant to stimulate a child's sensory needs! All arts and crafts will be aged for children 5 and under. The crafts will be messy, so be ready!

Interest in tabletop games? Want to learn how to play Dungeons and Dragons? The Adventuring Academy is the place to be!

It's Community Bingo at the Library! Join us as we play a few rounds of Bingo, with different prizes each round. Instead of traditional bingo, we will be playing a variety of different ways ranging from English (UK) Bingo to Themed Bingo.

Join us each Monday at 2 PM for a live performance! 

Join other experienced Mah Jongg players in some friendly games at the library.

Bring your own set or one will be available for you.

Teens on up are welcome!

Join us every Tuesday at 2 PM to learn about a different continent and do a related craft/activity! Some of the crafts we will be doing each week are:

Europe: Pendulum Painting

Asia: Sushi

Africa: Djembe Drum

Join us for Video Game Club! Hang out with others in person at the library! We will provide laptops with Roblox and internet access, a Nintendo Switch for party games, and a VR Headset (Meta Quest 2), to use!

Join us each Thursday at 2 PM to create new things by revamping recycled material!

Join us each Friday at 2 PM to unleash your imagination and build something new!

From Library Speakers Consortium: You’re invited to join us online with award-winning author Rex Ogle as he talks to viewers about his struggles to navigate sixth grade as written about in his book Free Lunch

Come read to a licensed service dog, Addie! Practice reading skills with them in a judgement-free zone. There will be 4 timeslots per day, with timeslot signup at time of arrival, and first come first serve. For ages 2 to 10 years old.
