Want to exercise without hurting yourself?  Join us Saturday mornings for gentle exercise. No getting up and down from the floor; no pushing yourself too far. These exercises can be done from a chair if you wish.

Join us in making a candle that looks like a cake! All the supplies will be provided. We will melt candle wax, add fragrance and color. After pouring the wax into a mold, we will make different wax toppings to decorate the cake.
