Saturday Morning Gentle Exercise (Gentle Tai Chi)
Want to exercise without hurting yourself? Join us Saturday mornings for gentle exercise. No getting up and down from the floor; no pushing yourself too far. These exercises can be done from a chair if you wish.
Come read to Reddi the Dog! She loves books but can't read! But she loves to listen! Practice your reading skills with them in a judgement-free zone! There will be 4 timeslots per day, with timeslot signup at time of arrival.
Bring your gently used or new supplies you no longer need;
sewing, knitting/crocheting, scrapbooking, flower arranging, jewelry making, etc.
Then come on Saturday to find things you might need!
